Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Auras9, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our customers. This policy outlines exactly what you can expect if you need to cancel an order or request a refund.

1. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed for shipping. Once an order is processed, cancellations are not permitted.

2. Refunds and Returns

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving the order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Processing Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items are not eligible for refunds.
